My name is Chris Feise, and I look forward to helping you find the home you’re looking for with the amenities you want! My childhood was in Hilton Head, SC, and I relocated to the Tampa Bay area 18 years ago. I graduated from Sarasota High and moved to Pinellas County afterward. I purchased my home in Dunedin in 2016, and I’m still discovering new things in the area.
I love the Tampa Bay area because it has so much to offer. The many different parks, beaches, and restaurants are just the beginning.

- Hammock Park in Dunedin has miles of walking trails and is a bird watcher’s dream!
- Clearwater Beach with Pier 60, downtown dining, and shops.
- Tarpon Springs has The Sponge Docks with shops and restaurants. Golf courses everywhere!
- If you like to ride your bike or wish to walk without cars, try the Pinellas Trail that stretches across Pinellas County from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs (over 45 miles)!
