- $45,000-$100,000+++ Full Time, Commission.
- While you can be an average outside sales person and make $45,000 a year with us, we are looking for a motivated outside sales person that can make $70,000 or more with us.
- THIS IS OUTSIDE SALES (MUST reside in the State of Florida) – Successful candidates will work with Mobile Home Sellers and Buyers in a
primarily 55-Plus Mobile Home Parks in their area.

Sales Agent Responsibilities:
- Obtain new Mobile Home listings for both quantity and quality each week
- Maintain professional relationship with our clients throughout the purchase or selling process
- MUST have GOOD COMPUTER SKILLS
- Must have good negotiation skills
- Respond promptly to phone, email and text communications with current and prospective customers
- Generate new listings and follow-up on sales leads from various sources
- Maintain company expectations of customer service and satisfaction
- Set and manage appointments with customers and potential buyers
- Maintain high availability for customers and potential buyers.
- Create and process Listing and Sales Contracts accurately and professionally.
