She met us at the house on our timeframe in Florida and quickly had the paperwork ready for us before we left. She emailed a list of important numbers we might need for services, hospitals, and contractors for our new home so that the transition goes smoothly when we come to our new home. The virtual walk through of the house before closing was nicely done including every room, appliances, faucets, and outside areas. We are looking forward to returning to our new home.
